Kapleadz.app (“Kapleadz.app,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your personal information when you visit our website at https://kapleadz.app (including related pages, subdomains or apps), when you communicate with us, or when we otherwise process your personal information (collectively, the “Platform”), except as specified below with respect to our role as a processor.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to data subjects of our customers whose personal information we may receive while providing services to those customers. Our customers use our Platform to store and process their own customers’ personal information, e.g. to (i) create websites and applications; (ii) offer products and services; (iii) send electronic communications; and (iv) otherwise collect, use, share or process personal information. In those cases, we act as a processor/service provider (the “Processor Services”). When you give your data to one of our customers—or when we collect your personal information on their behalf in connection with our Processor Services—our customer’s privacy notice, rather than this Privacy Policy, will apply.
Please read this Privacy Policy to understand our policies and practices regarding your personal information and how we will handle it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree and consent to this Privacy Policy.

We collect information about you (“personal information”):
Directly from you. When you subscribe to a newsletter, create an account, make a purchase or request information, we may ask for your name, contact details (email, phone), billing/shipping and communication preferences, and account credentials. If you book appointments, attend events, or otherwise contact us, you may provide similar information. If you submit others’ personal information to us, you are responsible for having the authority to do so and to allow our use in accordance with this Privacy Policy (e.g., obtaining consent).
From third parties. We obtain information through marketing partners (advertising/affiliate networks, social platforms), vendors (data and information providers), suppliers and other third parties (e.g., event hosts, public databases, research partners). This can include your name, contact information, professional information, and publicly available content.
Automatically via the Platform. We collect device and usage information (e.g., IP address, device identifiers, pages viewed, actions taken) and use cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies. See our Cookies Policy for details.
We use personal information to:
Platform functionality & development. Provide, operate, personalise and improve the Platform; ensure connectivity and security; diagnose issues; run analytics; test and develop new features; generate reports; and confirm the Platform is functioning properly. Update functions may check whether files need to be refreshed or modernised. Cookies support core operations and analytics (see Cookies Policy).
AI-powered features. Certain features may leverage artificial intelligence to deliver services to you. We do not use your personal information to train general, public AI models. Where we use specialised vendors, their use of your data is limited to the specific feature you’re using.
Customer support. Provide help and resolve issues.
Business operations. Accounting, auditing, billing, reconciliation, collections, and contract management.
Communications. Send service and account messages; respond to enquiries; provide alerts (e.g., security updates, policy changes, subscription notices); and send marketing in accordance with your preferences. We may conduct surveys/research.
Security & fraud prevention. Monitor, detect and prevent fraud and abuse; protect the Platform.
Advertising & marketing. Provide personalised content and offers; run targeted advertising; and measure campaign effectiveness, including with partner data where permitted.
Statistics & improvement. Compile usage statistics and traffic reports to understand and improve user experience.
Legal & compliance. Comply with laws and regulations; protect our rights.
Legal bases (where required). In regions such as the EEA/UK/Brazil we rely on: consent; contract necessity; legal obligations; or legitimate interests (e.g., administration, direct marketing, product improvement, fraud prevention, security) not overridden by your rights. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (this does not affect prior processing).
Controller/processor role. Kapleadz.app (WTW Marketing) is the data controller for personal information collected through the Platform, except for the Processor Services (where we act as a processor) or where a supplemental notice states otherwise.
We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. We require our service providers to do the same. Users must also protect their accounts, devices and networks. No method is 100% secure. If you believe your account or interaction is no longer secure, contact us immediately (see How to Contact Us).
Affiliates and subsidiaries. For legitimate business purposes consistent with this Policy.
Service providers and subprocessors. Secure cloud hosting, software, and operational vendors (e.g., storage, email delivery, analytics, support) acting under contract and processing data solely to provide services to us, with appropriate safeguards.
Partners. Selected partners for marketing, promotions, integrations, or affiliate programmes, in line with your preferences and this Policy.
Advertising/marketing partners. We may share non-identifiable or aggregated information for analytics and measurement.
Legal/regulatory. Where required by law, legal process, or valid government request, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Corporate transactions. In a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, personal information may be transferred under this Policy.
At your direction/with consent. Where you explicitly authorise us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your telephone number or marketing consent with third parties unless you have expressly authorised it in writing.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here (including legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations), and longer where needed for complaints or potential litigation. We consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of data, risks, purposes, and applicable requirements. In some cases you may request deletion (see Your Legal Rights). We may anonymise data for research/statistics and use it indefinitely.
We do not knowingly collect, use, disclose, sell, or share personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you are under 16, do not provide any information to us. If you become aware that a child under 16 has provided information, contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party websites or services linked to or from the Platform. Their policies govern their handling of your data.
The Platform does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to manage marketing preferences. If your jurisdiction is not listed below, you may still have similar rights—contact us (see How to Contact Us).
Access/portability/correction/deletion. You may request these actions. We may retain information as required by law, to complete transactions you initiated, or for legitimate interests. We may require identity verification and may charge a permitted fee.
Object/restrict. You may object to or request restriction of processing.
Withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Complain. You can complain to your data protection authority (e.g., UK ICO at ico.org.uk; EU DPAs via EDPB; Swiss FDPIC). You may also contact us. We aim to respond within 45 days.
Marketing choices. Update preferences via the mechanisms provided or by contacting us. We may still send transactional/service messages. Some marketing uses cookies—see Cookies Policy.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights.
Opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws may treat certain advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “share,” or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out via any “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism on our site (if provided) or by contacting us.
Access, correction, deletion. You may request these; verification may be required. We may retain data as required by law or for transactions.
Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate for exercising rights.
Appeals & authorised agents. You may appeal decisions and use authorised agents; we may request proof of authority/identity.
Categories collected (last 12 months). Identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet/network activity; inferences. We disclose for business purposes to affiliates, service providers, partners, and advertising/analytics providers. Some states may deem certain ad tech uses as a “sale/share”; you may opt out as above.
Access/correction. You may request access and correction. We’ll respond within 30 days and may charge a permitted fee. We’ll explain if we cannot provide access.
Complaints. Contact us first. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Access/correction. You may request access and correction; verification may be required. Fees may apply as permitted. If we deny a request, we’ll explain why.
Withdrawal of consent. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Québec residents may have rights similar to EEA/UK—see Section 11 and contact us.
As our primary place of business is Hong Kong SAR, we follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”).
Data access & correction. You may make a Data Access Request (DAR) to ascertain whether we hold personal data about you and to obtain a copy; and a Data Correction Request (DCR) to correct inaccurate data. We may charge a reasonable fee for a DAR in accordance with the PDPO. Contact [email protected] and state “DAR” or “DCR” in the subject line.
Direct marketing (Section 35C PDPO). We will not use your personal data for direct marketing without your explicit consent (or an indication of no objection), and you may opt out at any time. Where third-party marketing is involved, we will obtain your specific consent before we provide your data to such third parties for their direct marketing.
Purpose & use. We collect and use personal data for the purposes described in this Policy. We will not use personal data for a new purpose without obtaining your prescribed consent where required by the PDPO.
We operate a global cloud platform and may process or store personal information in countries outside your own (including the United States and other jurisdictions).
When transferring personal information internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable laws (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses in the EEA/UK, contractual protections under PDPO, encryption, access controls). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws, but we will ensure equivalent safeguards are applied.
Note: Kapleadz.app does not currently claim DPF self-certification. If we later certify to the EU–U.S. DPF, UK Extension and/or Swiss–U.S. DPF, we will update this section with certification details and the independent dispute-resolution body available to you free of charge, and describe recourse mechanisms including onward-transfer liability and arbitration options.
See Section 6. We retain data as long as necessary for stated purposes and legal requirements, and may anonymise data for research/statistics.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
